Would you take on a client who specifically says "hey, we have this Python 2 codebase, can you help us port it to Python 3?", with no prior involvement with that client? If so, then yes, it would be entirely appropriate to add your company's name to that list. And you're right that this would require you to be given wiki editing permissions; we don't deal in temporary permissions, so you'd retain the ability to make changes afterwards as well (handy if you want to change your link, or you can make other edits to other pages).
