This non-profit would accept PARTIAL PERMISSION as an answer. Ok for me to grant them permission to mirror for offline use, except for the wiki? I dislike excessive lawyering and I don't think there is *any* danger of any contributors suing us (or even complaining) over the main site being mirrored in this way.
