With the current addition of the ceph installation on our GUI, I put some patches together that extend our pveceph documentation to include help on choosing hardware for a hyper-converged PVE + Ceph cluster and where one can find log files and status information on Ceph's health. Sure the last section could get more information, but I hope it is already a fair start.
