Hi again, It seem that it was a bug with qemu 2.2rc2, maybe related to this bug http://git.qemu.org/?p=qemu.git;a=commit;h=771b6ed37e3aa188a7485560b949a41c6cf174dc
I have rollback to qemu 2.1, and now it's works fine.
