incremental Backups

The questions:
1- Is possible add it to PVE GUI with the options of full or incremental and of
an orderly fashion and easy to use for the next release (3.2)? ... :-)
2- Disadvantages? (may be for restore: more steps?)
If you can not add this support to PVE GUI , please explain why not?
