Hi Developers Only want to say a detail that will be a big problem with this strategy of change on the code of "KVM Live Backup", and please thinks that most people schedule their backups at night when the most people is sleeping:
If I have HA for my VM that have a data base, and the "KVM Live Backup" make write cache for get better performance into of this VM, then this server is broken suddenly before of finish the backup. As result, this VM will be start in other PVE Host and with data base incomplete because the previous PVE Host was doing write cache. This situation will create disturbances serious because someone will should warn to all people that loaded data to the database that review the data loaded for load again the data missing. So, this situation can create a computer chaos. If is possible without lose performance into this VM, the write cache for "KVM Live Backup" not must to execute it. In this mode the "KVM Live Backup" will be fantastic. I wait a answer of you. Best regards Cesar
