I think that if you need to write 512bytes, it'll write the full 4K. So maybe 
performance are lower than with true 4K.

Why - what would be the advantage? If you write correctly aligned 512e is as 
fast as 4Kn?

Maybe 4Kn can write 4K atomically, while 512e cannot guarantee that?
