Yes, I remember the post in the forum. It doesn't work with cache=none or 
cache=writeback

This is strange, because it seem to be fixed a long time ago(I have seen some 
redhat bugzilla from 2011 about it)
But I don't have hardware to test it :(

Another problem with cache=none is that it does not work with 4K sector drives. 

User reported problems with 4K iscsi and 4K local disks. 

Any idea how to solve that?
