Add function to generate /etc/network/interfaces configuration for OpenFabric
nodes:
- Auto-create dummy interfaces with proper router-id
- Configure interface addresses and IP forwarding
- Support for both IPv4 and IPv6 addressing on both dummy and other
interfaces
