The "dsc" target also fails because of this:
error: can't build with source format '3.0 (quilt)': non-native package version
does not contain a revision
d/source/format is automatically generated as '3.0 (quilt)', let's keep it that
way.
Include a dch entry so no one will forget this when bumping the version. Also
add a lintian-override for the source package because of this.
