yes this is achieved with the subscribe meta parameter. For example:

registry_value { 'disable_defender':
    ensure => present,
    type   => dword,
    path   => 'HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows 
Defender\DisableAntiSpyware',
    value  => 1
}

reboot { 'regkey_reboot':
   subscribe => Registry_value['disable_defender']
}
