Thanks for your response and apologies for my delay response. 

yes, i am using the puppet code manager. And the respective service is up 
and running. 

Modules are available in puppet master. As per the PE docs 2019.8.1 puppet 
master should supports the folder structure. Here the structure:

<Module Name>
           <Tasks>
                  <TaskName & metadata (.rb/.ps1 & .json)>
            <Plans>
                  <plan name (.pp file and metadata .json file)>

Tasks which are under Tasks folder are visible under Tasks section. But 
plans are not visible. 

Kindly let me know if you need any further information from my end.
