Good morning,

I've checked the repos we have up for xenial on apt.puppetlabs.com, and I'm
unable to reproduce this error.

Do you know exactly which repo you're hitting that is missing the
signature? Did you enable the repo by installing one of our release
packages? If so, which one? If not, how did you enable our xenial repo? Do
you have a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/puppetlabs*.list file? What are the
contents of it?
