I recently modified java_ks internally to my company to make it refreshable. I would like to add this into the upstream java_ks module. I believe that it would help with this issue and also make it possible to refresh specific keystores: MODULES-1997 <https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/MODULES-1997>.
