Those instructions say: "Note: it is helpful to add the Puppet bin,
/opt/puppetlabs/bin, and man, /opt/puppetlabs/client/tools/share/man,
directories to your PATH and MANPATH directories respectively."
This should IMHO be done by the package, by placing an appropriate file
into /etc/profile.d.
The package also installs the man page "puppetdb_conf" into section 8,
which is wrong. Config file documentation belongs into section 5.
