We also receive this error. There seems to be no rpm package available for RHEL6 >1.0.0 nor >1.1.0 for RHEL7. >=1.2.0 contains the fix we need. 1.2.0 is available on RHEL5 however?!?! I am going to look at building our own rpm from source, but don't have time right now. I tried yesterday but it failed near the end.
