Although The Foreman <http://theforeman.org/> certainly serves as a front-end to Puppet, it's scope is broader than that, and it is not the only front-end available. You can certainly do worse than to use The Foreman, but it's not right to characterize it as the singular web front end for open-source Puppet, nor as only a Puppet front end.
