Hi Malintha, Well, the answer is that you can place it on the client but I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish as it won't be used by client side activities.
This is because the values can change during compile time based on variables that you set in your code (and facts). If you could provide some additional details, it would be easier to provide you with an answer that might meet your goals.
