I suppose it's normal for activesupport to be installed via gem on RHEL
systems, yes?

I'm not at all certain what this trace signifies, but it appears that
the error happens while the master gathers the set of known resource
types. Do you use any modules with custom types? Try removing those and
compiling yet another catalog. If this helps, try and isolate the
offending module.
