Hi, next step would be to find out *what* is actually blocking the agent/apply process.
Things that come to mind * `ps auxwf` to see if there is a child that won't exit * using strace -f to watch what the ruby process and its children are doing There may be other/better approaches to look under the hood. Think ruby debugger and/or pry.
