I want to experiment a bit with PuppetDB and in the documentation there's mention of the built in remote repl, but I can't seem to get it working.
After enabling it on "/etc/puppetdb/conf.d/repl.ini": [repl] enabled = true type = nrepl port = 8082 When I restart it the log "/var/log/puppetdb/puppetdb.log" shows that it's started: WARN [main] [cli.services] Starting nrepl server on port 8082 It seems to be listening on port 8082 when I try to telnet, but doesn't provide any sort of feedback as to whether it's actually running anything.
