Hey Joe ! I am kind of new on developing configs on puppet. I have already taken a look at rspec-puppet. It looks fine but doesn't seems to be what I really need. These two passages above tells me that rspec-puppet is related to module testing. What it automates is a test like this: whether your module can produce a valid configuration or not. My configuration is a bunch of static classes. What I'd like to test is the result of this classes I have built. I don't even know if this is possible or not but I suppose it is in some way. How do people do this kind of test ? Would it be called accpetance tests ? Is there a way to automate this ?
