The unzip man page (see DIAGNOSTICS) says that an error code of 9 means that 'the specified zipfiles were not found'. The command itself looks wrong. I think it should just be ' /usr/bin/unzip /db/linux.x64_11gR2_database_1of2.zip' (you shouldn't need the -C parameter, and the 'unzip' word in the middle of the command looks spurious).
