sure it does - just like any other resources.

   class x($msg) { notify{$msg: } }

   create_resources("class", {"x" => {"msg" => "hello world"}})

will produce:

   Notice: hello world
   Notice: /Stage[main]/X/Notify[hello world]/message: defined 'message' as 
'hello world'
