Hello Niels, I found this thread and I am installing puppet-3.0.1-2.1.x86_64.rpm from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/puppet/SLE_11_SP2/
The init script /etc/init.d/puppet in this rpm has an error and will not run on puppet 3.0, because the script sets the puppet binary to /usr/sbin/puppetd, which no longer is used. I have revised the script for my site, but I would like to see this fixed in the OBS repo as well. Who should I contact to help contribute changes? I have not use OBS before to maintain packages.
