The long answer... It's an officially supported release, if that's what you mean. I can't say there aren't any bugs though. =) We're actively developing the 3 major version, so you'll see 3.0.2 released soon, with bug fixes, and 3.1.0 released shortly after with new, backwards-compatible functionality.
