Puppet 2.6.12 on Red Hat 5.7

Some background is necessary to set up the question:
I have a class - toggledservices - where I have grouped service control.
class toggledservices::disabled covers all the stuff I want turned off by
default (for hardening requirements)
and individual services I want to turn on/configure get their own class like
class toggledservices::ntpd

I have a total of 8 sub-classes to toggledservices.

Now for the problem:
puppetdoc rdoc output drops two of the sub-classes from the frame on the left
of the page it generates.
All are listed on the module page and I can navigate to each sub-class from
that page, but the list of classes on the left is incomplete.

Any clues for this clueless one ?
