I'm trying to debug an issue I'm noticing on RHEL 6.1 puppet clients
and reporting. I've got dashboard v1.1.0 running under apache
passenger with 26 nodes. It's been pretty good for reporting status
and this is the first time i've come across an issue. The issue
appears to be cropping up on RHEL 6.1 clients.

When I run with a puppet agent --noop on another other node with
report=true in the client's puppet.conf I get a report in dashboard
showing the correct puppet run status. However, what i've noticed is
that on RHEL 6.1 puppet client (2.6.9) - the noop puppet runs are
always returned as status 'unchanged' even when there would indeed
have been changes reverted on the client. When I remove the --noop
flag, the behavior is normal and puppet runs with changes are reported
as such in dashboard.

Thought i'd ask if this is a known issue and if anyone else noticing
this and have a fix. Not critical but it does mess up my reporting
as we prefer to run in noop mode except during change windows for our
production environment.
