You can grab puppet-dashboard RPMs/SRPMs from the OpenSuSE build service for SLES and OpenSUSE. I build and deploy these from a local repository and they work great. I'm also in contact with the upstream OBS package maintainer providing patches, scripts, feedback, etc to ensure they're stable and working as advertised on SuSE/OpenSuSE systems.
