Not sure if it is fully supported yet since there has not been a message in the group however I have been keeping an eye on http://apt.puppetlabs.com since they started doing work in the yum repository.
It seems they have support for Puppet with a version of Version: 2.7.3-1puppetlabs1 I am thinking of giving the official apt repository a try. Peter.
