This is a maintenance release candidate of Puppet Dashboard. This release candidate (rc2) fixes a broken init script on redhat systems (issues #9101 and #9423).

This patch fixes that so the script is usable by chkconfig. It also removes duplicate and possibly conflicting blocks of comments that chkconfig can read.
