Yes, running this on the client:

[root@hproxy10 ~]# facter | grep puppetversion
puppetversion => 2.7.3

[root@hproxy10 ~]# rpm -qa | grep puppet
puppet-2.7.3-1

[root@hproxy10 ~]# rpm -qa | grep facter
facter-1.6.0-1
