We ended up addressing a number of order dependent test failures in both the 2.7.x, and master branches.
The Augeas command documentation has been updated to clarify existing commands, and add documentation for new commands (#9039). This patch was provided by Dominic Cleal. This has been merged into the 2.7.x and master branches, and will be included in the next 2.7 release after the current RC, as well as Telly. We have also finished porting the work done so far on supporting Windows to the 2.7.x branch. We also pulled a number of Rails security updates into Puppet Dashboard[1].
