Yes - to sync facts to clients you need to run puppet with pluginsync enabled on the client.
And like most puppet switches, as long as its in puppet.conf you won't need to include it on the command line: [agent] pluginsync = true So make sure you have that setting in your puppet.conf on all your clients. ken.
