ya i am using Webrick default with puppetmaster.

As per performance guild line,for servicing more nodes it is
recommended to move on passenger/mongrel. surely i will do this.

There are around 100+ servers in my environment.but at most puppet
master serving to 10-12 nodes (varies) concurrently.
