All, I just tried to get Passenger up and running, based on on the docs at: http://projects.puppetlabs.com/projects/1/wiki/Using_Passenger
I am seeing this in my Apache error_log whenever a client tries to connect: Could not prepare for execution: Got 2 failure(s) while initializing: change from absent to directory failed: Could not set 'directory on ensure: Permission denied - /etc/puppet/ssl; change from absent to directory failed: Could not set 'directory on ensure: Permission denied - /etc/puppet/manifests However, I have no references to my ssl dir being /etc/puppet/ssl. In fact, I have it explicitly set in [main] (and [puppetmaster] AND [agent] because the documentation is not clear on this), to /var/lib/puppet.ssl. Why is passenger trying to use /etc/puppet/ssl? My problem is identical to this... http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.sysutils.puppet.user/28067 Doug -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Users" group.
