Enterprise Linux 5 RPM's have been posted to the Puppet Labs prosvc repository as well. This is available via rsync if you're keeping a local mirror. I recommend not using --delete to preserve previous versions in your local yum repository if you'd like to roll back. As is the usual case, this repository is not officially supported by Puppet Labs and is provided as a convenience to the community. The repository is designed to contain all dependencies for Puppet without the need to configure the full EPEL repository.
