This is very much an experiment, not the publishing of this design, but the way we're seeking feedback.
I'm going to experiment with creating a Google Doc, and allowing *anyone in the world* to edit it without signing into Google Apps. Lets see whether we get more or different feedback publishing this way. I have kept another copy of it, because I'm not actually insane.
