I've downgraded down all the day to 2.2.3, and I'm still getting the
messages:

DEPRECATION WARNING: metaclass is deprecated and will be removed from
Rails 2.3 (use singleton_class instead). (called from meta_eval at /
usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/puppet/util/metaid.rb:4)

i.e,
gem list rails

*** LOCAL GEMS ***

rails (2.2.3)

puppet --version
0.25.5

ruby --version
ruby 1.8.6 (2007-09-24 patchlevel 111) [i686-linux]
