I was actually under the impression we'd tied together positive voting and
watching in the past due to people getting confused, but testing indicates
they're still separate.

We will look at both, but I'll send out a clarification once I've worked out
with James whether the current behavior is intended or not.

It's quite possibly just me being confused. For now I'm happy if people
click on *anything*, whether it be "watch" or the vote arrows :)
