Douglas I've asked in the past that you take a different tone when asking for help. Nigel went out of his way to help you out - as have a number of others - and your response and attitude is often totally unacceptable. I've also had feedback from others in the community that they are sick of having to read aggressive, offensive and abrasive posts from you - those that don't mute all of your posts already. This is a final warning. If you don't moderate your behavior I will ban you from the list.
