I can’t answer your question, but for what its worth - our Puppetmaster is doing reporting along with all kinds of other unrelated crap and it’s fine. Seriously, the thing sits idle. And this is an old box with 4 GB of memory. I wouldn’t worry about it. We are using Passenger, but it was a proactive move.
