Puppet Labs is looking for a:

Customer Support and Infrastructure Engineer

Your Mission:

Be the external and internal client voice and contact to help improve
Puppet Labs products and service.

Your Priorities:

Monitor all Puppet forums, and other user contacts points for
opportunities to solve issues
Document issues for tracking and work with the development team to
prioritize and resolve
Develop tools and client communication improvements to continually
enhance the support
Act as client advocate to the Puppet Labs team
Working closely with the Professional Service organization to improve
training and product documentation
Your Skills and Experience:

3+ years experience in  Linux/Unix systems engineering
Experience using Puppet
Worked in object oriented scripting languages such as Ruby, Python or Perl
Knowledge of web application server configuration (Rails, Apache,
Passenger, Mongrel)
Skilled in OS administration, packaging and installer technologies
Familiar with source control systems (Git experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Organized. Really, really organized.
Self management – once you have the goal, you just make it happen
Tenacious, good humored, diplomatic and helpful
Problem solving makes you happy
