You should be able to paste the URL into the keywords box and that should aid searching.
It works if the keyword is set to the URL, but most people have been putting the URL in the description or not at all. In fact most of the current tickets have titles/descriptions that barely reference the correct page. If possible, I think it would be useful if a URL field was available. Keywords are a bit general and most people don't initially think to put the URL there.
