Hi,

After a short discussion on #puppet, it was decided that having a Planet
Puppet federating the various blogs related to Puppet would be a Good
Thing(tm). At least we were 4 to be enthusiastic enough :-)

So this afternoon I registered the planetpuppet.org domain, and
installed moonmoon[1] on my personal small webserver, and I'm proud to
announce Planet Puppet is born:

http://www.planetpuppet.org/

For the momment Planet Puppet only federates my own puppet blog feed
which is not that much, but is a start.

If you publish a blog with a Puppet tag or category and want to be
federated under Planet Puppet, then contact me privately, I'll add the
feeds to moonmoon (sorry there is no register feed forms and such).

For the moment Planet Puppet design uses the default simple moonmoon
theme, and since I suck at CSS and design in general, I'm asking for
some help to skin the site and give it a more puppetish look. I'm sure
there are people here that could help.

Also, why did I choose moonmoon? Nico mentioned it on #puppet, and
because it's PHP only (I'm better at PHP than Python), seems simple and
lightweight, and requires no database, it was the only remaining choice.
Of course we can still change our mind later if needed.

So, it is now time to help Planet Puppet grow by registering your feeds!
Many thanks, see you on #puppet.
