Heh, I saw this just the other day and thought how unintuitive it is. I know I would expect yum clean all to clean, you know, _all_. ;) Anyway, glad that sorts things out for you. If you find any packaging bugs, don't hesitate to report them to us via bugzilla.redhat.com. Or report it here if you're unsure if it's packaging or not.
