Hi Guys,

Quick question about fileservering files with puppet. I understand
that a puppet client re-runs its catalogue, when it knows that
catalogue has changed from the last time it ran a check. I just wanted
to know if this change detection extends to files.

Example:
node test1 includes class test which gets a file test.sh from the
puppet server and then executes test.sh.

My thinking is that if test.sh were to have lines added to it, that it
has therefore changed and then test1 should re-run its catalogue the
next time it checks against the puppet server.

Just want to make sure my thinking is correct and this is actually how
puppet works?
