As I said in the ticket, I know almost nothing about Ruby, so I
don't know how to tell.  All I know is:

$ dpkg -l | grep -i rails
ii  rails           2.0.1-2             MVC ruby based framework geared for web 
application developme

gem list | grep -i rails 

gives no output at all.

I'm actually using an older-than-lenny package.  If you have any
other suggestions as to how I can look for a new rails, I'd love to
hear them.
