https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/software/downloads/SupportedISOs.do You can download the DVD images of the releases and loopback-mount them somewhere under apache's DocumentRoot (or whatever's equivalent) and you're done. This way I only use RHN for post-latest-release packages updates.
