Because after helping my company put together ~600K lines of cfengine configs, I thought it was time to check out other options. Puppet has so far (in a much smaller environment) completely failed to have any of the problems that annoyed me with cfengine. The only trouble I've had so far is the lack of anything like EditFiles, but Augeas is fixing that. -Robin -- They say: "The first AIs will be built by the military as weapons."
